How long will my order take?

Our typical turnaround time is 5-7 business days. We do, however, offer rush service and are willing to accommodate your time frame.

Do you offer rush service?

Yes, we offer rush service. Because our services are done in-house and we keep stock products in our production facility, we can even offer same day rush services for those products that we keep in stock.

Are your services done in-house?

Our Waukesha location is home to our showroom and production facility where our services are done in-house. Our sales associates are a short walk away from our production associates, which allows for great communication and quick turn-around time.

Can you match PMS colors?

Pantone matching services are offered for screen printing.

Do you provide samples?

Yes, we can provide samples. Samples need to be returned within 2 weeks or additional charges may apply. The samples may eventually be used toward a final order. Shipping costs and restocking fees may be warranted and will be deducted from the credited amount.

Do you offer personalized online stores?

Yes, personalized online stores, such as safety or incentive programs, are a great way to sell apparel, awards or other promotional products for your club, business or organization.

Do you offer recognition programs?

Yes, we offer recognition programs and are very flexible to the needs of our clients. Product can be purchased in bulk and stored in our facility (fulfillment program) or ordered on demand. No matter how this program is set up, our clients receive the right product, the right way, at the right time, every time.

Is there a minimum or maximum per order?

There is no minimum or maximum order number for any of our services. We strive to provide exactly what the customer needs, whenever they need it, no matter how big or small.

Do you accept furnished items?

We do not accept furnished garments. We have industrial machinery and cannot be held responsible for damages done to furnished items. We do accept furnished metal plates for engraving. Contact us for any further details.


How can I get my order?

Your order can be shipped or picked up at our Waukesha location. Delivery can be requested but may incur delivery charges.

What shipping options do you have?

We offer regular USPS Mail and UPS Standard Ground, 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air and Next Day Air.

Do we ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship UPS and USPS internationally.

Can we ship to multiple locations?

Yes, this is a popular method for our recognition programs. Multiple shipping charges may apply.

How are our products wrapped or packaged?

Products are packed neatly and professionally to ensure protection to your products no matter how they are getting to the customer. Bulk award orders are labeled individually for your convenience.

Can we specialty wrap packages?

Yes specialty packaging is offered upon request.

Do customers get a confirmation e-mail when their items are shipped?

Yes, confirmations e-mails are sent for online orders and can be sent for orders placed through our sales team.

What is vectored art and do I need it?

Vectored art is a form of graphics based on points instead of pixels. It has no resolution, unlike a raster image. This means it can be shrunk or enlarged without losing quality. Vectored art is the ideal form of art to be sent to us. If you are unable to get a vector file (.ai, .eps, .pdf) we have a graphics department in-house that can create vectored art from the art file you can provide us.

Can I get a proof?

Proofs are provided upon request. The first 2 proofs are provided at no extra cost. Any further proofs may have an additional charge. Our typical 5-7 business day turn-around starts after the proof is approved.

How does the art process work?

If art and text are available to be sent, our art department will use this to create a layout for proof approval. If no art or text is available to be sent to Geiger, our team will work with you to create your design vision. A proof will be sent to you for your approval before the product is sent to production.

How much do art layouts cost?

Our standard art charge is billed at $40 per hour but varies based on the needs of the customer.

Are there font options?

There are standard fonts for all of our services but special requests can be made to our sales team and can be implemented by our graphics department.


How many colors can be used per design?

Screen printing allows up to 8 colors for design. More colors and even full color images can printed on garments using our direct-to-garment printing on light colored garments.

Is there a setup charge? If so, how much is it?

There is a setup charge of $20 per color per design.

Do you offer names and number personalization?

Yes, pricing is based on size and location. Left chest is $5 per name. Back names are $9 per name or $7.50 per name for an order of 3 or more. Back numbers are $9.90 per number or $4.50 for an order 3 or more. For pricing purposes, double-digit numbers are priced as one number. For larger orders, please call us for a quote.

What are the price breaks for order size?

The price breaks for order sizes are as follows: 1-24, 25-48, 49-72, 73-144, 145-288, 289-576, 577-1008. *Larger orders will require a quote.

How big can my design be?

Adult shirts can be no larger than 15 inches wide by 17 inches tall. Sleeve logos and left chest logos should be no larger than 4 inches wide. Youth design size depends on size of garment.

What types of garments do we screen print and when is screening appropriate?

We can screen print on t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, jerseys, safety vests, umbrellas, blankets, name badges, glass awards. We embroider on items such as polos, dress shirts and caps.


How many colors can be used per design?

Embroidery allows up to 15 colors for design.

How many thread colors do we offer?

We offer over 200 thread colors in-house.

Do you offer fire-resistant thread?

Yes, talk to our customer service team to request fire-resistant thread.

What are the typical sizes for embroidery designs?

Sleeve and chest logos are usually 3-4.5 inches wide. Caps typically are no larger than 4 inches wide and 2.25 inches tall. Full back logos can be no larger than 15 inches tall and 12.5 inches wide.


Can you create custom awards?

A custom award can be designed by the customer. Width, height, depth and design can all be customized to your liking. Custom awards can be done upon request. Contact us for more information.

Can I get my logo in color?

Full-color awards can be done in color. The processes we offer for color awards are sublimation, transfers, screening and color-fill. Call us with any other questions.

Can my logo or signature be engraved?

Graphics, including logos and signatures, can be engraved. They need to be one color and in a vectored file format to be used. If your logo is not in a vector format, art charges may apply.

What are the different type of awards you offer?

Plaques, full-color, glass, crystal, acrylic, trophies, resins, medals, ribbons and custom awards.

What is art glass?

Art glass is an artistic hand-blown award with many colors that can be engraved. This type of award is great for your corporate recognition needs.

What materials can be engraved on?

Metal, including brass, steel and aluminum, plastic, wood, glass and acrylic can all be engraved.
