We have designed this Web site to make your ordering process as easy and convenient as possible. Here are some additional details you should know.
Order Process
When we receive your online order, it will be reviewed by a member of our customer care team. That person will contact you to confirm your order and answer any questions you may have. Your logo and layout will be e-mailed to you for approval. When approved, your order will be sent into production for decorating. If changes are needed, we will create and send you a revised version of your layout for approval.
After your order is produced and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. Approximately three days after your order arrives, we will call you to confirm your order is as promised, and answer any additional questions you may have.
Expedited process
Certain items offered through our online store will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. You must choose from the items featured, and your order must arrive by 1:00 p.m. Central on a business day.
If your layout requires changes, we will send you a revised copy for approval. If we receive your approval by 1:00 p.m., your order will ship the following business day.
This offer is available only on the items featured on the Expedited page.
You receive only the number of items you ordered
Some firms say that it is customary in this industry to run over on these types of orders. Not us.
You receive - and are charged for - only the number of items you ordered. On occasion an extra item appears in a shipment. You are not charged for that item; it is yours to keep. Consider it a thank you for doing business with us.
Artwork formats
The preferred format is Adobe Illustrator line art in version 11 or earlier. Save your work as an .ai file, and create outlines for the text.
We also accept files artwork created in Macromedia Freehand line art, version 10 or earlier. Save as an .fh8 file, and create outlines for the text.
If you do not have these programs, send us a paper copy or a .jpg file of your design. We are happy to develop a quote to produce the artwork for you. If you have any questions, please call us immediately. We are glad to help you with this process.

In all cases, you will receive a free proof to approve before any decorating begins.
Shipping policy
Unless specified otherwise in your work order or on this Web site, all orders will be produced and shipped in five to seven business days. In some cases, we may not be able to fulfill your order in that time frame. Such examples include:

Vendor unable to supply the merchandise

Your order is so large that we will need more time to fulfill it

Circumstances beyond our control which affect plant operation, including (but not limited to): power outage, flooding, act or war or terror, an act of God.
In those cases you will be contacted to discuss how we can fulfill your order and when.
For extremely large orders, we will contact you regarding the expected delivery date.
Occasionally plant operations permit us to fulfill an order in under five days. If you need an order quickly and the product you are interested in is not included on our Expedited page, call us at 800-306-8024. We will process your order and ship it as fast as possible.
Return Policy
We guarantee that your order will be exactly as you approved it. If it is not, you must notify us within seven business days. Tell us precisely what is wrong. We will do what we can to resolve the situation.
If need be, we will issue a Return Authorization Number and provide you with the instructions for returning your merchandise.
Privacy Policy
Visitors to this web site may volunteer personal information when ordering products or requesting additional information from Geiger, Inc. The company does not share, rent, sell, or give away any information collected by the forms in this web site with any other individual or organization outside of the company. Personal information collected in these forms is transmitted directly to a company employee or company agent and may be transmitted in plain text format.
